Nicola has an Honours degree in Psychology and specialised in the field of Infant Mental Health. Her further study which guides her practice includes Marte Meo and Circle of Security.

Bridget is a new-graduate Speech Pathologist who completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at the University of South Australia. She has experience across a range of areas, including speech, language and social communication.

Kerra-Lee has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma, a Graduate Certificate in Education (Trauma-Aware Education) and a Graduate Certificate of Therapeutic Child Play.

Jordan has obtained a Master of Speech Pathology and has experience supporting a comprehensive range of areas including speech, language, social skills, AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), feeding and group therapy.

With a passion for nurturing and supporting children who have experienced complex trauma, Rose has dedicated more than 14 years to working in a therapeutic residential care setting.

Kayley obtained a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at the University of South Australia in 2021. She has extensive paediatric experience from within her practice in Australia and overseas. Across the past 3 years Kayley has supported many children through a strengths and skills focused mindset, to develop the skills they need to be and feel successful in everyday life. 

Julia Quince holds a Bachelor of Social Work, and has extensive experience in child-centered approaches, trauma-informed care, and developmental assessments. She has extensive experience supporting children with diverse needs, and equipping caregivers with the tools to provide consistent support.

Cheska has completed a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, as well as additional training in Feeding Therapy and Oral Placement Therapy. She has nearly 6 years of experience supporting and advocating for children, and is passionate about building the capacity of the team around the child.

For the past two years, Ebony has worked as a speech pathologist in Victorian schools, supporting students and families in rural communities. She has experience providing both whole-school and individual support, working closely with educators to create inclusive learning environments that foster communication development for all.

Throughout the last 10 years, Olga has worked predominantly with vulnerable children and their families by supporting them in the home to address complex and compounding issues impacting on their lives.
